Mr. Bikash Chandra Bhandari is an esteemed member of the Board of Directors at White Lotus Power Ltd. He is a seasoned investment professional with extensive expertise in investment banking, fund management, and strategic advisory. As a board member, he provides valuable financial insights and strategic guidance that support the company’s growth and long-term vision within the hydropower sector.

Currently, Mr. Bhandari serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Team Ventures Limited, where he leads the formulation of investment strategies, portfolio management, and fund structuring. Prior to this, he was the head of Investment Banking at Nabil Investment Banking Ltd., where he managed significant transactions including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other capital market activities.

Mr. Bhandari holds an MBA from the School of Management at Tribhuvan University and has completed specialized training in private equity and venture capital (PEVC) as well as technical analysis. His strong background in financial strategy, corporate governance, and capital markets makes him a crucial asset to the leadership team at White Lotus Power Ltd.
